Description:

Galecstasy seeks to explore new territory in performance and the ecstatic experience. In this piece experimental dancer and musician (Raquel Bell) will wear a robe that is an instrument unto itself that she plays in a deliberate procession through the audience toward the stage. Awaiting her arrival is Jared “Chairy” Marshall with instruments ready. A dance and music event will take place transforming silence into harmony.

Instrumentation: modular synthesizer, bells, drumming, singing.
